We ship through the USPS. We try to ship every order within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the next business day.

Expedited Shipping is available:

• Priority (2-3 days): Add $5 to the postage rate
• Overnite: Add $15 to the postage rate

Shipments to Canada:
All duty taxes are the responsibility of the receiver
Add $15 to total shipping price

International (outside US/Canada): Add $25 to total shipping price. You may be charged VAT and duty charges by your local authorities. Please take this into account when placing an order.

If there is an item you want to order that is not in stock, we will ship it to you for free (priority mail). We will notify you as soon as possible to let you know when the item will be in stock.

You may be contacted by Mom&BabySport using information you have provided (telephone number or email address) for customer service issues such as shipping or product inquiries, as well as to answer any questions you may have submitted to Mom&BabySport.

If you decide to become part of our email distribution list, we will use your information only for sending you company promotions, information about sales or changes in policies, or news from our business. We will never share your information.

Hassle Free Return/Exchange policy: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.  The items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed & with the tags still attached (skincare products must be unused & unopened).  Please send the items back, with a note explaining the reason, to: Mom & Baby Sport Returns, PO Box 2256 Fair Oaks, CA  95628.  (Please note: only exchanges, no returns, on sale items)

For returns, we will credit your card with the amount originally charged for the item (we do not credit the shipping charges). For exchanges, first we will issue a credit to your card for the returned items (less original shipping charge).  Then, when we ship your new items, we will charge you for them.   Mom & Baby Sport will ship the new item to you free of charge.
